The Loyalty Program is only available to Gold members. This program is made for clients who utilize our services for business and/or private needs and who have used us for minimum 25 trips in the past year and plan to continue to do so. Gold members also have their debit/credit card added to their “Wallet” on their account OR they have had credit card on file previously We choose these Gold members based on these criteria and your respect of our regulations, and most importantly, your cooperation in building and supporting our service.
Points earned from previous rides can be used on following rides, using no more than 10 points ($10) per trip

Our company provides a loyalty program. You can collect points and use them for discounted rides. In order to receive the discount, you have to login to your account, place the order, and use the appropriate amount of points earned earlier. All discounted rides must be prepaid online . The option of paying with a credit card for discounted rides is NOT available at the time of the service. The driver won’t be able to accept this type of transaction – no exceptions. Enjoy the program and discounted rides!
THE LAKE FOREST TAXI REWARDS PROGRAM IS EASY.
For every dollar you spend, you’ll automatically receive Reward Points. For every ride amount you earn up to 5% cash value which we’ll give you and re-calculate as credit points worth 1 pt = $1 off on a future ride credit worth $1 off on a future purchase. The more orders you place the more points you earn. The more Points you earn the more money you save.
You can use all of your Reward Points on one order. (But the one trip cannot be less than $1 )
YOU MUST HAVE AN ACCOUNT TO PARTICIPATE. To earn and spend Lake Forest Taxi’s Reward Points you must create a user account on our site. Our accounts system is easy. Just make a taxi or a black car reservation
providing your loyalty number (you can receive one in every Lake Forest Taxi cab) and start drive with a discount.
Once you’ve logged into your account make reservation with us you will AUTOMATICALLY earn Rewards Points for every. Your payments are electronically verified and points accumulate in your account until you are ready to redeem them.
Example: Lake Forest to ORD flat rate of $45 you save 2% if you pay with credit card and 5% for cash ( 1 pt – $1 )
To spend your Reward Points you must have minimum 5 points
CHECK YOUR POINT BALANCE AT ANY TIME.
It’s easy to keep track of your points balance, just log in to your account and you’ll find the information displayed on your Account Overview page.
Reward Points are not redeemable for cash and have no cash value.
Reward Points CAN be used to reduce ride costs.
When you use your Loyalty Points the rate for a ride can’t be lower than $1.
Points cannot be earned or redeemed after an order has been placed.
Once redeemed Reward Points are non-refundable and cannot be re-allocated
Reward Points are earned and redeemed at the sole discretion of Lake Forest Taxi
Lake Forest Taxi reserves the right to change the conditions of this program,
cancel accounts, and/or terminate the program at any time.

How to use points?

4. Click “Use Loyalty points”
5. Select how many points you want to use. (You must remember that the minimum number of points that you can use is 5 points)
